Pro Martial Arts is a proud member of the International Taekwon-Do Federation (I.T.F.) INO #549 and also proud members of the National Taekwon-Do Council of Canada (N.T.C.C.) which represents the I.T.F. in Canada.
We learn and practice Taekwon-Do the way it was designed by our Founder, General Choi Hong Hi, who developed Taekwon-Do in the 1950’s as a military training during the North and South Korean war.
After the war, it was his dream to share the great art of Taekwon-Do with the world.
OUR MISSION STATEMENT
To teach the way of the Martial Artist, to learn to balance strength with harmony, to become truly confident in one’s self and a role model to others.
To become an Athlete at a world level and one day represent Canada against the best from around the world.
To learn the way of combat, combining Taekwon-Do, Hapkido, Judo, Jujitsu, Wrestling and Weapons so that we may be able to defend ourselves and our loved ones against those who wish to inflict harm.
WHAT OUR CLIENTS SAY?
“An amazing institution of Tae-Kwon-do, it makes you feel like your at home and everyone there treats you like family. 10/10 recommendations for sending your kids there to learn “

“My brother has been going to Pro martial arts for years. Amazing teacher and organization.”

“Excellent. I, myself practice Tae Kwon-Do and it’s the best dojang I’ve seen in a long time. Dedication and friendliness of instructors and students had dramatically improved my child’s motivation to learn TKD and at school. There is a richness of team spirit among the students. Importantly, the black belts at the younger ages are very dedicated. It’s part of their life, now and forever. There are seminars at extra cost, but worth it. Head instructor’s goal is not just TKD but also to shape the children’s lives. Safety is a priority but expect high expectations.”
— Bennett Kim
“Very friendly coach and affordable price for kids to learn.”
